What's the difference between rough-in and final electrical work?
Rough-in is running wire, boxes, and panel placement before drywall goes up — it's the skeleton. Final is installing outlets, switches, fixtures, and getting everything inspected and live after the walls close.
Do you install a brand-new panel, or just upgrade existing ones?
Both — new construction gets a panel sized correctly from day one. If you're looking to repair or upgrade a panel in an existing home instead, that's a different job — same license, different page.
Do you handle electrical inspections during a new build?
Yes. Rough-in and final inspections are scheduled as part of the project, not left for you to coordinate separately.
Can you work directly with my builder or GC?
Yes — we regularly work as the electrical sub on custom home builds, coordinating directly with the builder's schedule.
Are you licensed for new home wiring?
